Just picked up the old mpc 79-80 monte carlo reissue on the 'bay for 7.45 sealed and it says 2003 RCHTA Special Edition on the box. Just what is the RCHTA and how rare are these kits? If it's rare enough i'll sit it aside and pick up another regular reissue, but i'm a builder, so unless it is super rare, it's getting built. Just curious and would appreciate any help.
